Primavera Vineyard Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Primavera Vineyard within 7 days of tax invoice date so that any problems can be resolve expediently.
Prior to the return of any goods, a written approval must be obtained from Primavera Vineyard. This written approval for request of credit must accompany all returns and the goods must be in original packaging with the original tax invoice.
Claims for non-delivery, short delivery, incorrect goods supplied and pricing and/or calculation must be made within 7 days of the tax invoice date from which it was supplied otherwise no action may be taken against Primavera Vineyard for any anomalies therein.
All postage and insurance costs related to the return of any goods are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Primavera Vineyard will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

A payment is considered complete when the funds have been cleared.
Credit Card:
We only accept MasterCard & Visa. To complete an online payment you must provide the following:
